The biggest and most varied eisteddfod is the Sydney Eisteddfod.

These three are significant eisteddfods in the Sydney basin area (there are plenty more):
Northern Beaches Eisteddfod
Ryde Eisteddfod
St George Instrumental Eisteddfod

Four respected eisteddfods in regional NSW:
Wollongong Eisteddfod
Illawarra Region Eisteddfod
Dubbo Eisteddfod
The Cowra Eisteddfod

The following is held in Canberra:
Australian National Eisteddfod

The Australian Directory of Music and Speech teachers has a guide to eisteddfods on its website, although it was last updated in 2014, so there may be some out of date information.
